HP`s colour LaserJet 9500 series is now available at official South African distributor Rectron, offering printing functionality that enables the roll-out of promotional documents, A3 posters and booklets.
"The LaserJet 9500 is ideal for smaller companies that need to publish promotional documents cost-effectively, without compromising quality," says Zandr'e Rudolph, HP product manager at Rectron.
The LaserJet 9500 fast, closed-loop calibration, for example, offers colour consistency, while its chemically grown tones, new media adoptive modes are optimised to deliver glossy, saturated colours in a wider gamut.
Users will also achieve commercial print quality (with image details) as the 9500 prints 600dpi and offers Imageret 4800 and 8-bit contone.
He comments: "HP`s Embedded Web Server provides full control to configure device settings and e-mail alerts, monitor printer and supplies, while also enabling remote management."
Also, HP`s proprietary offerings such as adaptive half-toning, SmartEdge enhancements and automatic trapping offer sharp, accurate text lines.
Lastly, the LaserJet 9500 enables versatile media handling with up to 200g/m2 from standard trays and up to 220m/2 from a multipurpose tray.
