3Com Corporation today announced the launch of the new innovative interactive training course `Understanding and Selling the Benefits of Quality of Service` for channel partners in EMEA.
Working in collaboration with eSource Network Ltd, 3Com has designed this new course to help channel partners improve their knowledge of quality of service issues. Around the world approximately 9 000 3Com partners have so far benefited from more than 150 industry-leading training programmes offered through 3Com University.
3Com`s Peter Doggart, LAN system business manager, stated: `We are delighted to be able to offer these courses, starting with the interactive 45-minute Web-based `Understanding and Selling the Benefits of Quality of Service` module which has been designed specifically to provide an engaging overview of the often confusing world of quality of service. The added benefit for 3Com channel partners in EMEA is that the curricula is available for partners to attend by trading up accumulated points under the InFocus programme.`
