Itec Distribution has announced the immediate availability of the Itec C220, C280 and C360 multifunctional products (MFPs) to South African companies looking for affordable monochrome and colour document output solutions.
These new MFPs integrate seamlessly with a range of document management, print management and accounting solutions to help companies control their costs and maximise productivity.
The new Itec C220, C280 and C360 MFPs are equipped to handle any conceivable challenge in monochrome printing in any office environment, from finance and accounting departments through to logistics.
In addition to being perfect for daily black-and-white printing, these new products also offer colour functionality whenever needed - but at cost-effective prices. The three new devices process all printing, copying, faxing and scanning jobs with high-quality results.
With low electricity consumption, minimal packaging and the use of reusable materials in manufacture as far as possible, the C220, C280 and C360 also fulfil the highest ecological standards.
Says Holger Groenert, manager product marketing at Itec Distribution: “These units also integrate seamlessly with Print Director, an enterprise solution from Itec that tracks, audits and controls all printing and photocopying on a network.
“It allows for user tracking, inter-departmental and client/project code billing. Companies can use this solution to centralise the management of printing infrastructure, drive down costs, conduct internal billing and reduce waste of consumables and paper.”
The new Itec MFPs process standard paper formats up to A3+ as well as customised sizes and grammages of up to 271gsm. Paper capacity ranges from a standard 1 150 sheets to an extended 3 650 sheets. With the optional banner printing kit, users can easily produce banners of up to 1.2 metres long on various media. This allows companies to conveniently produce advertising and marketing material in-house, thereby reducing cost and increasing flexibility. For example, businesses can instantly produce marketing material to support spontaneous promotions and sales initiatives.
With a modular floor-type finisher, a highly compact integrated staple finisher and a job separator, the C220, C280 and C360 can be suitably equipped for the individual needs of any office.
