Local Maximizer software business partner Camsoft Solutions recently completed its new Maximizer CRM training facilities in Gauteng and has already hosted its first end-user training sessions.
Located at Camsoft's Johannesburg branch offices in Woodmead, the training facilities were built to accommodate numerous end-users in one training session so that customers using Maximizer CRM with a need to train up to ten people can do so all on a day, under one roof. The training facilities are also already proving popular for technical staff training.
“We were getting numerous requests from customers for off-site Maximizer training at a central location where we could also demonstrate the various latest versions of Maximizer, in addition to providing training on a company's specific installed version of the software. Therefore it made perfect sense for us to do something at our own offices rather than continue using a third-party training centre,” comments Mark Annett, Camsoft's southern Africa manager.
“The feedback thus far from customers who have already made use of our new facilities has been very positive and we are pleased that we can add value to the customer's experience in this way,” continues Annett.
