New NavisionDamgaard release makes competitive e-commerce affordable

NavisionDamgaard makes competitive e-commerce affordable with the release of Damgaard XAL 3.1. The new version has five new modules that use the to help companies profit from e-commerce and relationship management (CRM).

The five new modules in Damgaard XAL 3.1 are e-Commerce, Sales and Marketing, Document Management, Product Configurator and Fixed Assets.

The e-commerce module offers companies the tools they need to create and maintain business-to-business Web sites where customers can log on, trade, and access detailed information 24-hours a day.

Businesses that have an Internet server can create and easily maintain the structure and layout of their own Web sites in Damgaard XAL 3.1. Employees can handle text, color and fonts all from inside Damgaard XAL 3.1 - not a single line of HTML code is needed.

Companies that don`t have their own Internet server can also benefit from XAL 3.1. They can replace time-consuming work processes (involving communication over the phone and via fax) with automated e-mails or e-trading on Internet marketplaces. Damgaard XAL 3.1 streamlines workflow and minimises the risk of human error because data only needs to be entered into the system once.

The new CRM modules in Damgaard XAL 3.1 offer a cost-effective way to maintain profitable customers and win new market share. The modules allow companies to automate and manage the entire sales process efficiently.

Sales personnel can configure items and even productions, without knowing the rules of configuration because the system handles this automatically.
