New sales general manager appointed at Inter-Active Technologies

Leading call centre and customer interaction specialist Inter-Active Technologies is proud to announce the appointment of Adrian Heath-Lunt as the company's new General Manager: Sales.

With more than 30 years' of ITC sales experience, Heath-Lunt brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Inter-Active Technologies team. He says: “Inter-Active Technologies has an unrivalled reputation in customer service, and the company's ability to develop new and exciting products in the customer service enablement arena drew me to the position.”

Heath-Lunt's role at Inter-Active Technologies will be to build a sales culture that will encompass the company's goals, while ensuring that sales target revenues are met or exceeded. “One of my primary goals is to drive the sales expansion of new business and growing our new customer base. I see my role not only as a driver and mentor, but also as team member,” he adds.
