SoftSelect recently announced a change in core business focus moving from dealing with the end-user, to strengthening and growing its reseller/partner channel.
The new website has been designed and optimised to facilitate this change in focus, providing more features and facilities for the reseller/partner channel than before.
Channel partners will in future be able to get access to all their functions and benefits directly through the Web site. A host of features will be rolled out and made available to them over the coming months in line with the new reseller/partner channel programmes which will be announced shortly.
This will see channel partners being able to do anything from online ordering to getting technical assistance.
SoftSelect's old domain name softselect.co.za will be kept and maintained. Users still making use of either the old domain name to access the website or any of the old e-mail addresses for communications, will automatically be redirected to the new domain.
This will ensure that all users, new and old, will be able to continue dealing with SoftSelect without any interruptions in service.
