Local CRM and data security provider Camsoft Solutions has entered into a strategic alliance with dotXML Technologies, a company that develops software applications in a wide variety of disciplines and platforms.
The relationship with dotXML expands Camsoft's ability to cater for our customers' specific CRM needs in terms of new or add-on applications and inter-application connectivity.
“Development capabilities such as these have become a standard requirement for our customers in the corporate market and our relationship with dotXML allows us to extend additional CRM service offerings to these customers,” explains Mark Annett, Camsoft's national CRM solutions manager.
“Furthermore, dotXML has an exciting range of their own proprietary software packages and we look forward to being able to offer these, as well as any future in-house developed products, to our customers,” continues Annett.
