QPR Software Oyj releases the latest version of the Collaborative Management Suite QPR 7.
QPR 7 is an interactive easy-to-use, ready-to-run software solution that combines strategic performance management (QPR ScoreCard) and business process management (QPR ProcessGuide) into one complete collaborative management solution (QPR Collaborative Management).
With the help of QPR-software solutions, organisations bring clarity to their business processes and organisations' objectives, support their people's commitment hereto and improve their ability to change.
"Ultimately the most successful businesses and communities are those who best utilise the mind power and competencies of their people through human-centric process management," says Tony Virtanen, Vice-President of Products, Research & Care at QPR Software. "The extreme scalability of QPR 7.5 now enables building fully cascaded, organisation-wide, process and performance management systems for any size of organisation. The new functionality and revitalised user experience of QPR 7.5 makes this job fast and easy."
Revitalised user interface makes process modelling faster and easier
The revitalised user interface enables the customers to obtain results faster and easier. A new menu structure - familiar from Microsoft Office applications - and functionalities for customising the toolbars and assigning tools onto floating toolbars enhance the user experience and process modelling even further.
Process risk indicators directly on the process charts
Process risk management is an easy task with the QPR 7.5. The process risks and controls can be explicitly identified and visualised on the process flowcharts. In addition, the risk-related metrics can be linked to the processes and activities providing a quick and visual overview of the risk status.
Process models, scorecards and performance reports directly for Microsoft Word
The new features of the QPR 7.5 include the possibility to export process models directly into Microsoft Word, which enables effortless printing, distribution and archiving of the information.
Furthermore, also scorecards and other performance management reports can be exported to the Microsoft Word for printing, archiving and sharing.
Enhanced performance and scalability QPR 7 is scalable from a single-user to an organisation-wide management system, and integrate seamlessly to the customer's other information systems.
The new version, QPR 7.5, enables modelling, analysis and publishing of extremely large process models and process model libraries, covering all the processes even in a major organisation. Also performance management can be efficiently implemented in all organisations, irrespective of the size, as the software now supports scorecards incorporating more than 100 million indicator values. The system has been optimised to serve more users with shorter response times. Thus, the users always have the required management information available, quickly and reliably.
