New solution for marketplace integration using Intershop Enfinity

Intershop Communications, Inc a leading provider of e-commerce software, is working with Accenture, the world`s leading provider of management and technology consulting services, to provide a set of solutions for marketplace integration. This solution, connecting suppliers to buyers through electronic marketplaces, will initially be targeted for utilities, metals and mining, forest products and energy industries.

Combining Intershop`s leading technology and Accenture`s global experience with developing e-business environments, the solution is structured to address the business needs associated with content management and backend integration through connection to marketplaces and provision of business-to-business e-commerce sites.
