E-security distributor AfricaSD today announced the iQNetScan, which is new to the South African IT market. IQNetScan is part of a suite of products that iQuate has developed along with deployment software (IQDeploy), file management software (IQFileScan) and help-desk software (IQHelpDesk).

It runs on a single PC, gathering detailed information from all of the PCs on the network. This information can be presented in a series of pre-built reports, which can be easily customised to suit the user`s own specific requirements.
iQNetScan allows auditing of software licences and hardware inventory, monitors changes and enforces software standards. What is impressive is that it can perform a company-wide network audit of all networked PCs in minutes.
