New ways to work faster with the Genius e-series multimedia keyboard range

Local IT infrastructure distributor Axiz has introduced the latest range of e-series multimedia keyboards from Genius. In an effort not to compromise on the quality features associated with a Genius keyboard, the new line focuses on providing consumers with a broad choice of colour, style and functionality, all at an affordable price starting from R80.

The three new models include the KB-12e - a basic multimedia keyboard, the KB-16e scroll which fulfils the role of being a multimedia keyboard with office scroll function and the KB-29e calculator - a multimedia keyboard with both calculator and office scroll functions.

These features ensure the new e-series is the latest fashionable multimedia control centre which not only provides one-touch buttons taking you directly to your favourite music and video playback activities, but also allows you instant access to e-mail, Internet, calculator and sleep/wake-up modes.

Shandu Davhana, Genius product manager, Axiz says: "The e-series will be one of the best-selling ranges of multimedia keyboards." In addition to all three models featuring one-touch buttons, they are also all interface supported and can function with many of the latest OS including Windows 2003/XP/2000/Me and 98.

Each model comes with a palm rest and CD-ROM driver in the packaging and 12, 16 or 29 programmable hot keys depending on the model chosen. The KB-16e keyboard comes with the additional office scroll function and allows for easy access to Microsoft Word and Excel. The KB-29e keyboard comes in two colour options, namely coral red and dawn blue. In addition, the KB-29e has an office scroll and calculator-function, and allows quick access to Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
