To cater for the fast-growing Oki user community in the KwaZulu-Natal region, Printacom has appointed NNL Technologies KZN as an authorised Oki warranty and service specialist.
Servicing Oki printers is not a new field for NNL as it is part of Igla Consulting, an authorised Oki service partner, for the past five years.
"The appointment of NNL expands the reach of Printacom, ensuring customers in KZN have easy access to Oki-certified trained technical engineers in the shortest time possible," say Neil Rom, MD of Printacom.
"Printacom`s strategy is to partner with service and maintenance organisations countrywide that share our vision and dedication to customer service," adds Rom. "Strict control and monitoring measures are in place to ensure that service and performance are always of the highest standard and are not compromised for any reason."
NNL`s founder, Neil Burrows, says NNL not only provides warranty service to Oki users, but also offers extended service contracts to ensure customers` with Oki printers deliver long-term service at the lowest possible cost.
"Oki printers are selling like hot cakes in KZN, especially the new colour laser printers," says Burrows, "and there is a great demand for user education on how to ensure the best performance and longevity of the printers.
"The rapid move toward Oki as corporate SA`s printer brand of choice has necessitated the expansion of our authorised warranty partner network," concludes Rom. "Careful selection criteria has made NNL only the second authorised service partner to be appointed this year and has the track record and skills base to provide the high level of service our customers demand."
The expertise available from Oki authorised service centres such as NNL, will assist customers in receiving fast, quality warranty service as well as out-of-warranty service that will extend their printers` lives and lower the overall cost of ownership.
