NokusaEI has undertaken to assist SAP with driving sales of SAP software into the African region. Another advantage of using SAP ECM for existing SAP clients is that there is no integration to an external system required. Integration to existing SAP objects is intrinsic and all information, including document and records, are at the users' fingertips. All information about an HR record can be attached to the personnel record and managed without having to navigate to other systems or document repositories. Other information eg, financial, procurement, inventory, assets, materials, products and other modules, also make use of the document and records management components.
Organisations and governments are increasingly required to adhere to standards and laws governing document and records management. SAP Records Management assists these organisations to comply with these rules, as well as to manage retention, disposals and long-term archiving of this information.
