NokusaEI, the product of a BEE deal in 2005 between Engineering Informatics and Nokusa Investments, has been transformed into a fully fledged enterprise content management (ECM) consulting firm that specialises in ECM business process design and implementation.

ECM is the processes, skills and technologies that an organisation uses to get value from its information assets, and includes document management, records management, scanning and imaging, e-mail management and Web content management.
