Nortel Networks has cancelled its distribution contract with Siltek Distribution Dynamics (SDD).
Doug Batchelor, regional director sub-Saharan Africa for Nortel Networks` Enterprise Solutions line of business, today (Monday September 6) confirmed that the distribution contract with SDD, which covered the full range of Nortel Networks Enterprise Solutions products, had been terminated with immediate effect.
"Certain criteria stipulated in our original contract with SDD were not being met and it was therefore agreed that the distribution arrangement should be terminated," said Batchelor.
"The remainder of our channel structure is unchanged and business goes on as usual."
