Nortel Networks captures leading e-business award

Nortel Networks Clarify eFrontOffice has been voted one of the `Top 15` Relationship Management applications by leading market research firm Information Systems Management.

"Telkom is one of the top South African organizations that employ Nortel Networks Clarify eFrontOffice solutions as their de-facto organizational CRM standard," said Mathew Woodcock, eBusiness Manager Sub-Saharan Africa. Nortel Networks Clarify eFrontOffice assists in building profitable, loyal and customer-centric relationships in eBusiness environments.

Clarify eFrontOffice includes integrated front office applications for , sales and marketing professionals. Companies use advanced communications capabilities through portals such as call centre, interactive voice response, e-mail response systems and advanced natural speech recognition systems.

ISM`s `Top 15` showcase software applications that offer comprehensive CRM functionality. "The findings from ISM only confirm that Nortel Networks Clarify eFrontOffice solution is indeed one of the top products companies can use in today`s global marketplace," reported Mathew Woodcock.

ISM`s most recent `Top 15` selections were announced at the recent DCI CRM Conference and Exposition in the United States of America. Winners received the highest scores out of dozens of applications qualified and tested according to ISM`s 145 feature selection criteria.
