North Side Foods spices things up with proCube

Reports Positive Impact on Strategic Planning and Improved Business Insight

North Side produces precooked sausage patties, links, and crumbles for the foodservice industry under the Ember Farms brand and other private label brands. It was the first provider of fully cooked sausage to McDonald's Corporation and remains a major supplier.
