Novatus established

Novatus has officially established itself as a superior pure play contract management software provider, according to PR-inside.

The Novatus executive leadership team comprises domain leaders who have been top tier software and services providers since the contract management space formed and evolved into a recognised software category and formal discipline throughout the last decade.

Known as key industry experts dedicated to customer satisfaction, they built a highly successful suite of products and a very satisfied customer base comprising some of the world's most recognisable Global 1000 companies as executives of CMSI.

I-many releases results

I-many, a provider of contract management software and services for the enterprise, reported financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended 31 December 2008, CNN reports.

Fourth quarter for 2008 highlights for the company include net revenue of $8.6 million, up 5% from previous quarter, and recurring revenue of $5.2 million, up 1% from the previous quarter.

The company also signed four major licence transactions against one in the previous quarter, and it implemented a new operational structure, expected to generate positive EBITDA in every quarter of 2009.

Another scandal for 'India's Enron'

Satyam Computer Services, the Indian tech giant at the centre of a $1 billion executive and a World ethics scandal, is involved in yet another kind of debacle - this time at the World Health Organisation (WHO), reports FOX News.

At issue is Satyam's role in the development of a $55.5 million global business management system for WHO, which was slated to become the master control for staffing, financial payments and by the organisation, with an initial deadline of September 2007.

That deadline has long since passed, and instead, according to documents obtained by Fox News, the project is far behind schedule, wallowing in glitches that have deeply affected WHO operations and, despite management claims to the contrary, likely to end up far exceeding its budget.
