SBS Africa Holdings was recently awarded Novell Business Expert status, the highest level of Novell Reseller within the Novell Partnernet program.
To qualify for the Novell Business Expert status a reseller is required to be focused on providing Novell solutions and to have very high levels of Novell Technical (Certified Novell Engineers and Master Certified Novell engineers) and Sales skills (Certified Novell Sales Professionals) within their organization. In addition, each Business Expert undergoes intensive training on Novell's licensing programs to enable them to recommend the correct solution for their customers.

We are now also in the position to sell Volume Licence Agreements (VLA's) and Corporate Licence Agreements (CLA's), further extending services to our clients," says Nico Prinsloo, Director at SBS Africa Holdings (Pty)Ltd.
A Novell Business Expert also enjoys the direct support from Novell Technical Services (NTS) which means that they are able to offer their customers a high level of technical support and Value-Added Services. They enjoy a close working relationship with Novell and are continually evaluated to ensure that their skills levels are maintained.
