Novell South Africa has re-awarded business expert status to KwaZulu-Natal-based Corporate Network Services, successful provider of integrated document management, imaging and workflow solutions.

A Novell business expert is the highest level of a Novell reseller within the company`s Novell PartnerNet programme. "To qualify for the business expert status, a reseller must be focused on providing Novell solutions and have very high levels of Novell technical (Certified Novell Engineers and Master Certified Novell Engineers) and sales skills (Certified Novell Sales Professionals) within their organisation," explains Novell systems engineer, Siddique Satar.
Satar continues, "Additionally, each business expert undergoes intensive training on Novell`s licensing programmes to enable them to recommend the correct solution for their customers. NBEs are also continually evaluated to ensure that their skills levels are maintained."
A Novell business expert enjoys direct support from Novell Technical Services (NTS), enabling them to offer their customers a high level of technical support and value-added services.
