Numara Software opens South Africa office

Service desk management and asset tracking becomes critical as SA companies look for efficiencies and improved governance.

Numara Software has announced that Onsoft, its distributor for southern Africa, has become Numara Software South Africa, a fully fledged representative office for the company`s products and services in sub-Saharan Africa.

The Florida, USA-based Numara Software is the service desk management leader for small to mid-sized enterprises, providing solutions that address critical IT and support functions, such as customer service desk, IT help desk, asset management, software patch and deployment, and network monitoring.

The new Numara Software South Africa operation brings additional focus to the African market, which is facing powerful drivers to improve corporate efficiencies and governance.

Now that Numara Software has a dedicated South African operation, it will be able to give customers better support and faster access to products. It is a strong vote of confidence in the future of the local market.
