Nxservices has announced the appointment of Karel Holtzhausen as Chief Operating Officer for the company.
Nxservices, a professional services organisation, assists customers in achieving greater value from initial product investment. "Product replacement is one of the biggest motivators for IT spend, as well as one of the biggest frustrations," says Holtzhausen. "This is not particular to any specific product, as developers can, and do, make mistakes. The correct initial setup, for example, can reduce maintenance costs over the long run and optimise product longevity."
He explains that customers get marginal benefit from good service, but massive benefit from correctly implemented products. "Nxservices has, for the past year, assisted customers in leveraging off their investment as initially intended," he adds.
Nxservices has a strong customer services culture and believes in partnering with clients to become an extension of their technical departments.
Holtzhausen has been in the IT industry for over 13 years, during which time he has held positions ranging from Account Manager and Sales Manager to technical services and consulting.
