Group Direct Sales (GDS) a division of Old Mutual successfully completed its transition from Siebel V5 to Siebel V7.5.3 for its 150 seat sales center.
GDS derives its income directly from sales activities for Old Mutual organizations such as Fairbairn Capital, Oxygen Medical Scheme, Galaxy, Greenlight, Unit Trusts, Individual Life, and Growing Aspirations. To accomplish this, up-to 200 outbound campaigns at any one time are managed within the Siebel environment utilising the e applications strong Integration, Sales, and Telephony capabilities.
