Eating-Out Web Services has developed an online restaurant guide to aid consumers whose dining routine may be limited to just the few restaurants that they know and trust.
The guide provides information required to decide on a restaurant by location, food type and ambience. The search can be further refined to find features such as outside seating, fireplace, disabled facilities, smoking sections, dance floor, live entertainment, secure parking and others.
A click on any listed restaurant will bring up that restaurant`s page, with address and contact details, trading hours, average price per person, a detailed editorial describing the restaurant and cuisine as well as three colour photos. The site also provides detailed street maps and directions, as well as full menu per listed restaurant, along with prices and corkage fees.
Another feature is the online booking facility, which is restricted to restaurants with online functionality.
Eating-Out claims to have secured over 90% of the top restaurants in the Cape and has now set up teams in Johannesburg and Durban.
