One of the UK`s leading employment agencies, Options Employment Group Ltd, recently announced their decision to invest in ReadSoft`s technology for automatic document processing. The FORMS software will accelerate the data capture process to improve internal information flow & authorization cycles for the National based recruitment company.
The installation is carried out in collaboration with U.S. based software development company, Hyland Software and the full investment amounts to over 1 million USD. A substantial part of the full investment goes into ReadSoft`s licenses and services.
Options Employment Group Ltd operates from a national network of 60 branches in 30 locations throughout England, Scotland and Wales. With such dispersed countrywide activity, speed and performance is vital when it comes to processing business critical documents. FORMS looks set to radically improve such systems by centralizing the timesheet process. ReadSoft interprets the data, which is then approved at local branch level, and the payroll is run centrally for the 60 branches nationwide. To further increase the efficiency of the program, the timesheet is attached to the invoice using the OnBase document management system, delivered by Hyland Software. The many targeted benefits by the customer are: reduced processing time, increased process speed from branch to billing, instant image retrieval, improved information flow & authorization cycle, elimination hardcopy storage space in offices, faster application processing, corporate branding / image etc.
