Andy MacMillan, Oracle vice-president of product management, points out: “Oracle's content management strategy caters to customers who desire a rationalised back-end, as well as a variety of applications aimed at different user groups.”

The solution's updated components include universal content and records management as well as modules for imaging, process management and information rights management.

Dubai trade centre gets CMS

ITWorx has developed a content management system and portal for the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), states Newswire Today.

The Middle Eastern Vignette says it designed the portal in both Arabic and English with the goal to position the DWTC as a global commercial hub.

Hossam Badr, ITWorx regional sales and marketing director, says: “By many processes, organisations can deliver the right content in the right context, which helps improve sales, increase user satisfaction, and facilitate communication with the public.”
