Oracle CRM users can now send documents as a facsimile, directly from the Oracle CRM application. The RightFax Connector, specifically developed for the customer relationship management (CRM) applications of the Oracle E-Business Suite, has been designed to integrate with Oracle CRM at the software foundation level.
Documents such as product sheets, order confirmations and contracts can be faxed electronically from a user`s workstation with the click of a mouse, shortening response times to customers, saving substantial productivity and delivery costs over traditional document delivery methods, while eliminating the need for users to learn a separate network fax program.
The RightFax Connector provides integration to Oracle CRM through a Java interface. The connector is specifically designed to handle the special .ZIP document files that Oracle modules generate.
"The capability for easy, electronic document delivery is essential as a complete solution for today`s business needs," said Robyn Grobbelaar, Chief Growth Officer at AmVia, the sole distributor of Captaris solutions in SA. "The CRM capabilities of Oracle E-Business Suite and Captaris RightFax provide an industry-leading fax and e-document delivery solution."

"Now the Captaris RightFax Connector provides an additional solution that will increase productivity to the individual desktops of Oracle CRM users` within an enterprise."
