OrangeScape reveals Google Apps workflow solution

KiSSFLOW is an easy way to build workflows using an intuitive five-step wizard.

G-Workplace, a Google Apps Solution partner in Europe, was one of the first companies to sign up for the KiSSFLOW private beta programme.

According to Virtual Strategy Magazine, KiSSFLOW is the first workflow product deeply integrated with Google Apps. It has a familiar user experience consistent with Gmail, and works with Google Docs out-of-the-box.

Google Apps users can now attach their Docs directly in their workflows and collaborate with other users and groups in their Google Apps domains.

“Given the large number of workflows that need to be automated in an organisation, only a few can afford the time and budget to see the light. So, majority of workflows continue to run on e-mails, even today,” said Mani Doraisamy, co-founder and CTO of OrangeScape.

The interface is meant to be reminiscent of Gmail. And for security and control, every business on KiSSFLOW gets a separate database on Google Cloud SQL, Tech Crunch notes.
