OTG launches new Fujitech desktop range

The Fujitech brand of PC's and servers distributed by One Technology Group (OTG) has increased to include the Eagle 5000 Series desktop systems aimed at the corporate, mainstream and high-end markets.

Fujitech has traditionally supplied the corporate market with its five-year warranty systems and this new range takes advantage of the new range of Intel motherboards.

Warren Richardson, brand manager at OTG, says: "The Intel Cape Cod Desktop Board, features the new Intel 820 chipset and supports the latest Intel Pentium III processors at 133-MHz system bus supporting SDRAM memory. This allows us to capture many performance benefits of the Intel 820 chipset through proven SDRAM memory technology."

The Cayman2 board is based on the 810E chipset and offers 133/100/66-MHz system bus support. Designed using the PGA 370-pin socket, the board can be integrated using either the Pentium III processor with a 133/100-MHz system bus or the Celeron processor with a 66-MHz system bus.

"Using these boards allows us to tailor a system to the dealer's needs, so he knows his customer is getting a system to fit the environment and requirements, and that it has also been tested with all other components," says Richardson.

The engineers in the OTG lab perform testing of the system components before a machine is launched, and they all carry NTSL certification for Y2K, as well as being built in an ISO-rated facility to ensure consistency, are SABS approved and are certified by Microsoft.

"With the increased bandwidth of the 5010 display cache bus, the integrated chipset graphics are optimised to deliver more robust 3D graphics and combined with the onboard Creative Sound Blaster AudioPCI delivers a tested and dependable solution for both mainstream and value markets. In addition, the Norton AntiVirus package is also included," concludes Richardson.
