Myer is edging closer to the end of its 'turnaround phase' with a new POS system set to go live next month, according to Rag Trader.
The national department store implemented its 50 month turnaround plan in mid-2006 with the aim of improving multiple arms of its business.
POS is among the last aspects of the business to undergo an overhaul, with Myer set to debut its new $100 million system in Myer Eastland in June. The company plans to have the new POS system rolled out across all stores by the end of 2010.
