Panasonic, Tracewell offer military maintenance solutions
Toughbook computer manufacturer Panasonic Computer Solutions and Tracewell Systems, an electronic packaging manufacturer, have formed a strategic alliance to co-market integrated aircraft maintenance solutions for the US Military, according to Defence Professionals.
Together, Panasonic and Tracewell Systems offer a complete solution for the management of digital Technical Orders (TOs).
Maintenance crews using Toughbook computers and Tracewell E-Tool Mobile Managers have the ability to view and manage all TOs digitally at the point of use, eliminating the need for paper copies. The E-Tool Mobile Manager can wheel to any location, providing network and power connectivity, allowing maintainers to receive instant access to real-time data no matter where their work takes them.
