Panda Software presents the beta version of Panda MobileSecurity, the solution for protecting smartphones, based on Symbian Series 60. This new tool offers real-time protection for these devices against viruses, Trojans, worms, etc, scanning the internal memory, memory cards or the complete system.

The beta version of Panda MobileSecurity (http://www.pandasoftware.es/productos/DesktopSecure_part.htm?sitepanda=particulares) runs without interfering with the use of the phone, scanning all inbound items such as messages, files and vCards through whatever channel - whether it arrives by e-mail, MMS, infrared or Bluetooth.
This protection is completely transparent to users and can also be customised through a range of protection settings, available on an easy-to-use interface.
This beta version of Panda MobileSecurity is available free from the Beta area of Panda's Web site (http://www.pandasoftware.com/download/beta/particulares/?sitepanda=particulares).
By testing this version, users will be able to play an active part in its certification and development, sending all suggestions and comments to beta@pandasoftware.com. Once registered in the Panda Software beta area, users can access official versions of the programs in the final stages of development.
The beta versions give users the chance to test the functioning of products and identify possible problems. At the same time they offer Panda Software a channel for gathering suggestions and needs from users.
