
Paradigm Group, a specialist information and communications technology company, today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement with Rapid Response, an award winning mobile emergency application provider, to acquire an equity stake in Rapid Response for an undisclosed amount.
The Rapid Response service was founded by Marlize Holtzhausen and Gerrit Cloete and has experienced tremendous growth since its inception in 2013.
Paradigm Group will bring complementary competences to Rapid Response in the form of ICT services, enabling them to consolidate their strong market position and execute on their business strategy.
