PartServe Channel Support has been appointed as Zebra's certified training partner to provide training to Zebra's channel partners countrywide. This is an additional service to PartServe's existing agreement, as Zebra's appointed independent Zebra authorised service provider.
According to Janine McEwan, country manager of Zebra Technology South Africa: “At Zebra Technologies, our technical training goal is to provide quality instruction that enhances the value of your Zebra products. We realise two of the most important aspects of successful printer operation and maintenance are training and experience. PartServe was appointed by Zebra Technologies in 2006 and this new training appointment will significantly enhance our operations, applications, maintenance, and technical support to our channel partners in South Africa.”
PartServe Channel Support director Lee Bowes says: “We already do similar training for Epson countrywide and are fast becoming the preferred printer repair and certified training provider in southern Africa. Until now, trainers were brought in from the UK to provide certified training, which proved to be too costly to be provided on a regular basis. Zebra is now able to offer on demand training at reduced prices on an ongoing basis.”
In addition to PartServe's comprehensive warranty solutions and certified training, PartServe carries stock of all spare parts for the Zebra product range.
