PartServe Channel Support today announced it has been appointed by Brother Business Machines (Pty) Ltd as an alternate Brother parts distributor for the latter`s fax equipment, multifunctional devices and printers.
Brother Business Machines, the sole importer and distributor of the whole range of Brother trade name office equipment, accessories and spares, recently completed its repositioning in the channel as a value-add distributor.
Part of this repositioning saw Brother Business Machines expanding its channel to include Incredible Connection as reseller of entry-level Brother office equipment/accessories and consumables, building on its OEM`s success with the Brother brand in Europe.
"With our entry into the retail arena and growth of our distribution model, it was imperative for us to appoint an alternate part distributor in the channel with the required coverage, expertise and customer relationships that we needed in this country," commented Daan Coetzee, General Manager of Brother Business Machines.
