PartServe Channel Support today announced it has changed its operation in the Western Cape in order to bring it in line with the rest of its nationwide operations, with effect from 1 November 2004.
Previously, PartServe Cape was a franchised operation and the Cape region was exclusively serviced through this organisation, an arrangement that has been terminated through mutual agreement.
"The new PartServe branch will operate as the Epson Express Hub in the region and service all the Epson Express centres," commented Lee Bowes, Director of PartServe Channel Support. "As the warranty service provider for Epson, we will also offer in and out of warranty repairs to all Epson products including the printers, projectors, cameras and point of sale units.
"Additionally, we will hold and carry all commonly used spare parts for Epson, HP, Canon, Lexmark, Seiko, Fujitsu, Kyocera Mita and various other printing devices," added Bowes, "as well as offer a full refurbishment service on all laser fusing assemblies with advanced exchange stock being available."
Until the branch is fully operational, the Western Cape will be serviced from PartServe Channel Support in Johannesburg with all orders couriered between the two locations free of charge.
