Logica has extended its relationship with Oracle, reports onrec.com.

Logica will now be able to leverage the 'BPO powered by Oracle' programme to offer Oracle human capital management solutions as a BPO 'pay as you go' service for businesses across Europe.

Logica and Oracle have successfully served joint customers in the UK and Netherlands, providing outsourced HR and payroll services to companies like Channel 4, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Martinair and KPN.

Inmagic has unveiled the latest version of the company's social knowledge management platform, Presto 3.1, with new SharePoint interoperability capabilities, states IDM.

Other new benefits in Presto 3.1 include improved collaboration, information discovery, and content management functionalities driven by customer and market demand.

The new interoperability capabilities of Presto 3.1, which include SharePoint-compatible Web parts and a new Web services API, allow Presto 3.1 to easily integrate into an existing SharePoint environment or other ASP.NET infrastructure.

Sage Software, a provider of business management software, has chalked out an expansion strategy in India, says Channel Times.

This development follows its recent acquisition of the 'Pocket' range of payroll and human resource management software from Chennai-based Crystal Info Solutions along with its all customer contracts.

The vendor will be adding 25 new business partners for payroll software, and is also in talks with time and attendance device makers to integrate its solution.
