Once registered as a prepayLOTTO user, first-time payD users will dial *120*88# and select to buy Lotto vouchers. The next step is to select the relevant card option, followed by the denomination. First-time users would enter their card numbers and expiry dates. The network operator will push a message (WIG) to the user's handset, whereby the user would enter his/her PIN securely. The user will be notified once successful.
