PC-WARE SA aims to improve service delivery through core software, service solutions

Johannesburg, 26 Nov 2009

PC-WARE South Africa aims to improve service delivery around ICT solutions that optimise their client's infrastructure and saves costs.

Key to this strategy comes a management structure under the direction and close guidance of Dr Klaus Elsbacher, CEO, PC-WARE Group, one of the top performing Microsoft EMEA LAR's (Large Account Reseller) and a premier independent ICT company in Europe.

Elsbacher says: “From a group perspective, we believe in the South African market and in the opportunities this part of the world represents. PC-WARE Group is fully committed to South Africa and lend our full support to PC-WARE South Africa's commitment to its clients.”

PC-WARE South Africa's management team is as follows:

* Darryn O'Brien - Sales Manager
* Gerdian Bester - Service Manager
* Annette Mueller - Operations and Partner Manager

“PC-WARE South Africa's core business will include software licensing as well as consulting solutions and services in environments such as software asset management and professional and managed services,” says Darryn O'Brien, Sales Manager, PC-WARE South Africa.

“As one of only five Microsoft EMEA LARs, PC-WARE is solely focused on delivering solutions that optimise performance without breaking budgets.

“We offer exclusive licensing conditions for Microsoft products not only in South Africa, but also in the rest of Africa and the Middle East. Our access to a dedicated team of licence professionals provides a non-competitive service to clients that assist in growing and maximising software licensing and services delivery.”

PC-WARE has further chosen software management and solutions around Symantec as well as the Altiris product set and Adobe. These are part of the main offerings because of the high level of skills and strong relationships the company has with both manufacturers.
