PC-WARE South Africa, a leading consultative service provider in software procurement and licensing, is planning on improving its service delivery and support to the market by strengthening partnerships with key vendors and resellers.
“Software trading is our core competence and we offer our clients expert consulting on procurement and licensing on all software products. PC-WARE is planning on improving its service delivery to customers by further developing our strategic partnerships with top global vendors and resellers,” says Annette Mueller, Country Manager at PC-WARE South Africa.
“We are vendor agnostic and deal with over 1 500 software suppliers. Our decision to form solid partnerships with a diverse range of top vendors will add to our portfolio and enable us to provide a fuller scope of services to our clients.”
By improving relationships with businesses such as Adobe, CA, Microsoft, Symantec and VMware, PC-WARE's strategy will also include partnering with its key resellers. This will provide essential services to companies that need experts in software licence provisioning. “In order to ensure our relationship with our clients, we will keep the same account managers to create stability and maintain the status quo. However, we have added strategic members to our team to increase our skills pool and service delivery, which will be further supplemented by our partner alliances,” says Mueller.
PC-WARE South Africa also has international support from its head office in Germany and European subsidiaries, which further enriches the skills base on offer to the South African market. “Having the backing of an international company will only benefit our clients further because our skills base will be supplemented further,” says Mueller.
