PeopleSoft has announced the local availability of PeopleSoft Mobile Sales for Wireless Access Protocol (WAP) Phones, a scalable Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution that allows field sales representatives to manage customer information from a cellular phone from any location.
Jan Coetzee, PeopleSoft SA MD says that PeopleSoft Mobile Sales for WAP Phones allows users to access the most current enterprise data to make effective business decisions. "The mobile technology also allows for the easy exchange of customer data between various different departments.
