International management consulting team, Peppers and Rogers, has entered into a joint venture (JV) with local CRM company, iLab Holdings, as a means to accelerate its growth in the South African market.
Peppers and Rogers Group South Africa will be under the leadership of Fiona Buchner, and says the partnership will enable the group to accelerate its growth in the South African arena.

Peppers and Rogers Group South Africa will offer a wide range of CRM-related services, including consulting and training programmes as well as keynote speeches at industry events.
Specific capabilities include vision setting, strategy development, process and organisational design, executive education, research, solution development support and operational implementation.
Peppers and Rogers South Africa says it will also organise one-day conferences on the principles of one-to-one marketing.
The international parent is headquartered in Norwalk, Connecticut, with offices in 14 locations, both US-based and international. The firm has a global client list that includes BEA Systems, HP and The United States Postal Service.
