Searches which would be time-consuming or even impossible with the printed versions can be accomplished quickly and easily. Do global searches across all five books and view the results on your screen. You can find any given word in a matter of seconds. Use * and ? wildcards to extend the scope of your search, to find that word on the tip of your tongue or missing from a crossword puzzle, or when you are not sure how to spell a word.
The Pharos 5 in 1 Dictionaries / Woordeboeke was not only technically upgraded in order to be compatible with new software, but mistakes in the original printed copies of the dictionaries that became part of the previous CD-ROM version were also corrected in the new version. In addition, the dictionaries were rebuilt onto a new platform and the search function refined to include searches for compound words (a function the previous version was unable to perform).
