From its first office opening in 2000, to 15 years on, Phonatics' main company focus remains fixed - it provides the best quality and service within the headset distribution market. It imports and supplies directly, thereby ensuring its clients the best possible price, and with its comprehensive after-sales service; from general maintenance and SLA's, to repairs, to replacements; its customers are smiling all the way.
Always putting its clients first, Phonatics actively imports spares with all Freemate and Agent headset purchases, and this, coupled with its certified in-house technical teams, result in drastically reduced downtime on all these headsets.
Expanding from four Freemate headset models in 2000 to 28 different Freemate variants today, Phonatics has grown from strength to strength, servicing the whole of South Africa from its two main service centres in Gauteng (Centurion office opened 2007) and Cape Town (doors opened 2010).
Predicting market trends and launching into the Video Conference arena in 2010, saw Phonatics once again take the lead in the South African telecommunication space, with 30 VC units custom-designed and installed to date.
2013 saw its team expand into audio guides and successfully secure the sole distribution rights on a popular brand, opening the doors to a very exciting future within the SA travel and tourism market.
Reflecting back over the years it has had its good and tough spells but overall it can happily say it has made a solid name for itself through great service and great products where it believes that it pays in the end to buy the best in the beginning and it shows in its loyal customer base where most of its earliest clients are still with it today.
