Phonatics, a provider of high quality headsets and the sole distributor of FreeMate headsets in southern Africa, has launched the latest state-of-the-art monaural headset to the local call centre market. The FreeMate DH-027 headset has a stylish design and provides all-day-long comfort and enhanced audio quality.
Phonatics managing director Pieter Snyman says the FreeMate product range is one of the most robust and agile headsets in the call centre environment. “Call centres rely on clear, effective communication with customers and the headset is a key element in determining the success. To this end, it is of utmost importance for call centres to use credible headset vendors and reliable products that provide the best possible solution.”
The FreeMate DH-027 headset offers long-wearing comfort with its natural-comfort headband adjustment which allows for free movement, up and down and right and left, and also offers a flexible T-bar. Clear sound is achieved through adopted voice-qualified technology and the custom-made receiver is ideal for all-day-long users.
Furthermore, the 270^0 rotating flexible microphone boom arm allows for easy handling. The best transmission is achieved by the noise cancellation microphone with an adjustable metal flex microphone boom. Safety measures include an acoustic shock protection for the receiver and an anti-static shock protector for the microphone.
In addition, the FreeMate DH-027 TFB Supreme Style Binaural headsets are also available for extremely noisy call centre environments where agents need to focus on the job at hand.
Accessories include a leatherette ear cushion, foam ear cushion and adjustable clothing clip. The FreeMate DH-027 headset is CE and FCC approved.
Phonatics aims to provide customers with professional advice regarding headsets and assistance in assessing their basic headset requirements.
