Pick Systems Africa, a leading developer of multi-user, multi-value database management system (DBMS) software, today announced that it will be responsible for support and sales of General Automation`s (GA) Database products, MENTORPRO, mvBASE and mvENTERPRISE throughout Southern Africa. This comes after Pick Systems Inc. announced a while ago that the acquisition of General Automation`s database software products had been finalised.
"We are excited to announce to our business partners and customers that with the completion of this significant transaction, PICK has acquired GA`s complete line of DBMS products. All future sales and support services will now be managed by PICK Systems," says Adrian Oxborrow, managing director, Pick Systems Africa.
