Pinnacle Technology Holdings has told shareholders that its FD and company secretary Hano Coetzee has resigned with effect from the end of this month.
The announcement, posted by the JSE's Stock Exchange News Service yesterday, said Coetzee would move on to “pursue personal interests”.
Pinnacle says shareholders will be advised of a new financial director once the appointment has been finalised. The company extended its “sincere gratitude and appreciation to Coetzee for his contribution to the group's success over the past seven years” and wished him well.
Coetzee is a CA and was appointed to the post in May 2006. He qualified in 1998, and gained international financial and management experience while working for multinational companies in the UK, Europe and SA, before joining Pinnacle in 2004 and its board in 2006.
