Minolco, the principle importer of Minolta, MINOLTA-QMS and Oc'e office equipment in Southern Africa, has announced that Pinnacle Micro, an organisation known for its dealings with some of the largest and most prestigious computer dealers in the country, will distribute MINOLTA-QMS laser printers as well as a full range of Minolta digital copiers and faxes.
According to Minolco director, Peter Enslin, Pinnacle Micro is the first computer-based distributor in SA to distribute digital copier products on behalf of companies such as Minolta.
"By distributing not only laser printers and faxes, but digital copiers along with their multi-functional technologies, Pinnacle Micro as a computer dealer is now in a position to market high-end printing solutions," says Enslin.
Pinnacle Micro`s Trevor van Zyl says Pinnacle Micro has been supplying quality products to a demanding market for many years. "Minolco`s wide range of exceptional quality laser printers, digital copiers and faxes will enhance the solutions that Pinnacle Micro provides."
Van Zyl adds that there is a growing demand for high quality reproduction and printing requirements. "Minolta has always addressed this demand and printers have moved into a new dimension where they are no longer regarded as `box drop products`."
Minolco products will be distributed through Pinnacle Micro`s established dealer channel including computer resellers and retail outlets.
Value-add, cost-effective product offerings and customer-focused service are not new concepts for either company. Pinnacle Micro is committed to maintaining the high standard of service that Minolco clients have come to rely on. And by having Pinnacle Micro as an additional service point, clients will also enjoy the benefits of traditional Minolta branches and dealers being able to render services on behalf of the IT industry.
