Pinnacle Micro has announced the immediate availability of the new Mitsumi CD-ReWriter CR 4809 TE.
The product features a high-speed burner to reliably write and rewrite CDs, CD-Rs or CD-RWs of all conventional formats such as music CDs, data CDs, video CDs, software-safeguarding CDs or backups.
In addition, with the enclosed UDF Packet Writing Software, the CD-ReWriter can be used as a supplementary hard disk to safeguard data directly, simply by dragging the files onto the drive letter of the CD-ReWriter using the mouse pointer.
The 2MB data buffer and the ExacLink technology integrated into the Mitsumi CD- ReWriter prevent "buffer underruns", which render CDs useless if writing is interrupted.
The enclosed Nero Burning-Rom Recording Software makes it possible to use the Mitsumi CD-ReWriter for a variety of purposes: copying, CD-text, Mp3-decoding, or audio post-editing.
